Description

Very popular until the end of the 1800’s when it was basically abandoned, it was rediscovered in the last decade and still there are only ten hectares throughout the world. Fermented in cool tanks and left on lees for nine months. Lovely floral aromas and pear and melon palate with a great mineral finish.
